ARE YOU SICK OF . . .
That feeling in the pit of your stomach that tells you you are meant for something greater?
Knowing that you have the potential for so much more but keep getting in your own way?
Feeling like you'll never make your dreams into a reality?

I GET IT, I'VE BEEN THERE
I know what it's like to feel like you are not an active participant in your own life.
And I know what it's like to wonder if this is all there is.
I used to wait around for life to happen to me and then be disappointed when it didn't.

WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT
A couple of years ago I received a letter from my eighteen-year-old self.
It was a writing assignment I had done in high school where we wrote to our future selves. My teacher kept all of our letters and sent them out five years later . . .
It's funny how memories change.
Anytime I used to think about the person I used to be in high school I would remember how unhappy I was.
I used to joke with my best friends about how jealous I was of them because they were actually able to get away from me.
The thing is, I wasn't kidding.
At the time my mind was constantly at war with itself.
I struggled with all sorts of self-image issues, I didn’t believe I was enough, I had no confidence, and I was obsessed with what other people thought of me.
But after reading my letter, I realized that I wasn't giving my younger self enough credit.
Although I struggled to accept myself as a teenager, I knew that I didn't want to spend the rest of my life feeling that way.
And so in college, I made a lot of changes.
Of course, growth is not linear, however, as a psychology student I definitely learned a lot about how the mind works and why people behave the way they do and that really helped me better understand myself.
Then my life drastically improved the summer before my final year of college when I had my spiritual awakening.
I did a lot of research and applied what resonated into my own life and over time I became the person my younger self so badly wanted to be.
That’s what sets me apart from other coaches.
I’ve done this work myself and I can help you do the same.
